Executive Assistant to Matthew Rettick

Kathy Harton started working with Matt Rettick and his estate planning firm, Cornerstone Retirement Company, in April of 2000. She was his first team member and helped him with every aspect of his office, from locating venues for seminars and assisting clients to tracking $15 Million in premium.

Since that time, Covenant Reliance Producers, LLC, was created to assist advisors across the nation in duplicating Matt’s success. She now assists CRP producers by offering a training class for their personal assistants, preparing training materials for the FAST and Elite training classes and being a liaison between Matt and CRP’s producers.

Kathy has a BA Degree in Marketing from Belmont College and is a native Nashvillian. She is married to Winn and they have two children, Alex and Katie.
